Terms of Use
Last updated: 31 October 2026
These terms explain the use of Newsgez at newsgez.com. If you have questions, email contact@newsgez.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
What Newsgez provides
Newsgez is an independent service for discovering publisher headlines, browsing international news sources and organising reading preferences. It does not claim ownership of third-party reporting, guarantee access to paid publisher content or operate the publishers’ services.
Original sources and intellectual property
Publisher names, logos, headlines, reporting and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Inclusion identifies a source and does not imply affiliation or endorsement. Follow the original report for full context, corrections and the publisher’s own usage and subscription terms. Contact us with a relevant URL and details if you believe material on Newsgez infringes your rights.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account details secure and provide accurate information. Do not use Newsgez to send spam, abuse other people, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service or misuse contact and newsletter forms. We may limit access to protect the site and its readers.
Reader tools
Saved stories, favourite channels and reading preferences currently use your device’s browser storage. Clearing that storage removes these preferences, and they do not currently sync between devices. A headline may no longer be available in a feed as publishers update their coverage.
Membership and promotions
Newsgez Plus is a proposed membership. Indicative prices do not create a paid subscription, and payments are not currently collected. Any future paid offer will present its pricing, payment, cancellation and other applicable terms before purchase. Advertisements are marked separately from headline content. Promotional claims and third-party services should be assessed at their original source.
Availability and accuracy
Headlines, feeds and external links may change, be delayed or become unavailable. We identify sources and label saved fallback data, but do not guarantee that every headline is current or complete. Newsgez content is general information and should not be treated as personalised professional advice.
Changes and contact
We may improve or change features and update these terms. The date above identifies this version. For questions, correction requests or account help, use our Contact Us form or email contact@newsgez.com.
