MANILA, Philippines — Cloudy skies, scattered rains and thunderstorms are set to prevail in Zambales, Bataan, Mimaropa, and Western Visayas on Tuesday as a result of southwest monsoon and the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ), in accordance with the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Providers Administration (Pagasa).
