INGREDIENTS
For The Espresso Moonshine
- 12 oz Everclear
- 1 T cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup prime quality espresso beans
For 1 Drink
- 2 oz espresso moonshine
- 2 oz brewed espresso, cooled
- 1 Tbsp chocolate syrup
- milk
- ice
For The Espresso Moonshine
INSTRUCTIONS
In a big jar combine collectively the Everclear, cocoa powder, and low beans.
Add a lid and let sit for two weeks.
Pressure espresso beans when serving.
For 1 Drink
In a glass full of ice mix the espresso moonshine, brewed espresso, chocolate syrup, and milk to style.
Serve.
NOTES: You may also serve the drink heat by heating up the espresso and serving it in a mug.
The moonshine can infuse for as much as a month. Take away beans after a month.
