MANILA, Philippines — Home Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez mourned the loss of life of Britain’s longest-reigning monarch Queen Elizabeth II, whom he known as a “nice world chief.”
In a press release on Friday, Romualdez provided his sympathies to Britain’s royal household.
