MANILA, Philippines — The Human Rights Watch (HRW) stated Thursday that it has discovered “no compelling proof” to point out that the state is completely investigating the crimes towards humanity purportedly dedicated by the erstwhile administration, significantly for its controversial battle on medicine.
The group made this assertion after the federal government’s attorneys earlier requested the Worldwide Felony Courtroom (ICC) to disclaim the request of its chief prosecutor Karim Khan, searching for the resumption of the ICC probe on human rights violations allegedly dedicated in the course of the time period of former President Rodrigo Duterte.
