Mac and Cheese from Within the Kitchen with Miss Patti – America On Espresso

Over the High Mac n Cheese

1 tbsp mild olive oil

1 pound elbow macaroni cooked

1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Muenster cheese

1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese

1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack

1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese

1/4 cup Provolone

1 cup (8 ounces) Velveeta minimize into small cubes

1/2 lb sauteed shrimp, chopped

1/2 lb steamed lobster, chopped

8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, melted

2 giant eggs, calmly overwhelmed

1/4 tsp seasoned salt

2 cups half-and-half

1 tablespoon paprika
